Pelletmill automation is a loadcontrol system, were a preset value for the load of the main motor will be maintained, providing optimal use of the Pelletmill and the power used. At choice there is a simple automation which controls the feeder speed and thereby the load of the pelletmill motor. The second option is by integration with the feedmill automation, were the required load can be integrated in the feed formula. The pelletmill automation usually includes the steam control system, to control the temperature of the feed in the feedconditioner. Also when a feedretention (or hygienizer) is used a comprehensive control system is needed to provide accurate retension time, and temperature. For some cases data collection of these parameters is required. |
